Nestled in the heart of the small village of DOGNEN in the "Béarn des gaves", on the edge of the Gave d'Oloron and facing the Pyrenees, halfway between the mountains and the sea, it will allow you to take a day trip to the Basque Country, the Landes beaches or Spain.
With a surface area of 100 m2, it occupies the first floor of a villa a little away from the village. Designed for your comfort, it consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living-dining room with access to a large dominant terrace, 3 comfortable bedrooms and a bathroom with separate toilet. A large fenced garden, perfect for outdoor grilling, in the shade of the tall trees, with an area of 1200 m2 surrounds the villa. A laundry room is available on the ground floor. The private car park can accommodate several vehicles.
The village is 7 kms from the small town of Navarrenx or 15 kms from Oloron Ste Marie, where there are all shops.
